What does a goofy girl, random piles of toys, and a goodwill project have in common?
They are all making an appearance in this InstaFriday post.
Target is weekly entertainment for us. Sometimes we shop, sometimes we try on random stuff that shouldn't be sold.
And sometimes she tries on things which should be sold but not worn together.
I believe this is Captain IronThor.
This week I began The Happy Day Project created by Jeannett at Life Rearranged.
I admire Jeanett's initiative in creating and encouraging others to serve.
The Happy Day Project has been a fun experience and certainly sent me outside my comfort zone.
Day 1 Sending hand-written letters. I sent out three. I received one BIG thank you.
Unexpected but very cool! I have two more Happy Days to complete (five total).
Look for a followup post tomorrow.
Christmas books are on display at the local bookstore.
I want them all!
Starting on Thanksgiving through New Years Day, I read only holiday books.
It's something silly I started years ago and have kept the tradition going.

We got a package from my husband!
The boys were so excited. I guess Zac went down to the neighbor and told her all about his gifts.
He never says more than 'hi' to her any other day.
I am continuing to learn to sew. This week I made boy burp cloths.
I don't have a baby but I live on a military base. I am confident I will be able to give them away.
Burp cloths are the easiest thing to make.
And that, friends, is my week in pictures.
Please stop by tomorrow for my Happy Day Project recap.
Haha I love those picture. My sister and I are always acting silly in Target. Halloween is the best time because of all the masks lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear we aren't the only ones. I could imagine my children in the Halloween aisle :(
